LIFETIME WARRANTY

OhmKat offers a lifetime warranty on all its products.  If one of our products fails for any reason please let know as we will replace it.  To make a warranty claim please do the following:

1. Send us an email at service@ohmkat.com detailing the issue you are having with our products.

2.  We will attempt to troubleshoot the issue with you and solve the problem prior to replacement.

3.  If we are unable to solve the issue, we will send you a return label for your items.  Once received, we will either fix or replace your items.  We also reserve the right to replace the warranty items without requiring a return at our sole discretion.
