My Blink Video Doorbell is now wired and mains powered. No more worrying about flat batteries. No more WiFi delay between doorbell button press and Wifi chime, due to separate RF signal to mains powered chime and no loss of chime if the WiFi goes down. The installation of the Ohmkat was quick and easy due to the easily connected modules requiring litle or no technical knowledge, and clear and concise video instructions to assist. I fully recommend the Ohmkat products. The customer service from the staff at Ohmkat was outstanding.

It is easy to install specially if you are using the Ohmkat low voltage transformer, it is just plug and play. Hopefully, it will last a long time. I just wish it had different chime sounds rather than just ding dong.

When I went to install my new SimpliSafe video doorbells on our new house, I found the existing doorbells were wireless and no transformer. Ohmcat simplified my life by eliminating cable runs through walls and attic, and the setup and installation was easy. Glad I ran across the website!

I had OnTech install my SimpliSafe system and they charged me $50 for a Wasserstein adapter that worked for 2 weeks and then fried the doorbell camera battery. Turns out it was the wrong voltage. Ordered this Ohmkat adapter, installed it with a new doorbell camera and VIOALA... It woked!!! AMAZING! Now I'm waiting for OnTech to refund me my money for their incorrect adapter... But I'm definitely not holding my breath.

I bought this for my simplisafe system. I don’t have any existing wiring to where I wanted the doorbell so when I found this, I knew it would work.
I needed extra wire, so I ordered it, and then reached out to customer service to discuss and we ended up changing my order and it ended up perfect. 10/10 if you don’t have existing wiring to tap in to.

Because we no longer have an analog doorbell, I kept blowing doorbell transformers powering my Simplisafe Video Doorbell camera. Sometimes over a period of years, sometimes immediately. After reading about OhmKat in one of the Simplisafe forums, I ordered their power supply and installed it in my garage mid-August. Arizona's summers are brutal and the uninsulated garage gets to 110+ F regularly. This year was no exception. The supply has now been in place for one month and it has operated flawlessly. Installation was straightforward and their Customer Support is responsive and helpful. I am delighted by this product.
